Birthstones by month

Your birthstone is the stone of the month your story began. These are the birthstones we use at Ally:

Month Birthstone
January Garnet
February Amethyst
March Aquamarine
April Rose quartz
May Green tourmaline
June Moonstone
July Red onyx
August Peridot
September Iolite
October Pink tourmaline
November Citrine
December Tanzanite

Why no diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire? At Ally, the precious birthstones are replaced by a semi-precious sister stone: rose quartz for April (diamond), green tourmaline for May (emerald), red onyx for July (ruby) and iolite for September (sapphire). Just as meaningful, and made to be worn every day.

How to wear your crystal

Wear her close to your skin, every day, and set an intention when you put her on: a word, a wish, a feeling you want to carry. Many people believe a stone works best when it is worn with clear intention. And on the days you forget? She's still beautiful.

Crystals are a beautiful way to carry an intention with you. They are not a replacement for medical or professional care.
